For several years we rent out apartments during the summer season. Villa Elisabeth is a solid wooden house built in 1905 during the tsarist regime in Estonia. Although the exterior and interior of the house have been renovated during the last eight years, the ancient beams and bricks from the tsarist time are still visible and intact in some apartments. Furthermore Villa Elisabeth is also officially marked as a cultural heritage and is still owned by members of the original family.

The apartments are bright and decorated in a Scandinavian style.

The apartments are situated in the heart of Pärnu next to Pärnu Yacht Club with the famous beaches of Pärnu residing only a few minutes walk away. Pärnu college ( part of Tartu University) is situated next door making the surroundings dynamic and lively.
